Number of Positions: 3 (Three)

PQE: 2-5 years

Location: Multiple

Qualification: BA LLB

Job Description

General Corporate and M&A

  • We are seeking talented and motivated lawyers with 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity matters.

  • Candidates must have prior experience at reputed law firms and possess strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.

Labour and Employment

  • Looking for lawyers who have focused experience on employment law advisory work, employment documentation, handling employment due diligence, and employment issues in corporate transactions, and undertaking HR audits and POSH/ white-collar investigations.

TMT

  • Strong understanding of TMT law principles and regulations and experienced in legal work related to the TMT sector, including drafting contracts, Intellectual Property Laws, providing legal advice, and potentially assisting in negotiations for deals within the industry.

Remuneration: As per industry standards (Negotiable)
