PQE: 1 - 3 years
Qualification: LLB from a reputed college / university
Location: Mumbai
Job Description
Working with a dedicated team on domestic and international equity capital market transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, and select debt issuances.
Assisting and conducting due diligence.
Drafting offer documents, agreements, and other transaction documents.
Executing various transaction documents and assisting with the overall execution of the transaction.
Requirements
1 – 3 years of post-qualification experience in handling main board IPOs, QIPs, rights issues and debt issuances.
Remuneration: ₹10 lakhs to ₹16 lakhs per annum.
