Khaitan Legal Associates is looking for young, dynamic, enthusiastic and self motivated individuals for the firm’s general corporate practice team.

Positions: Two

PQE: 2-4 Years

Location: Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore

Qualification: LLB

Key Responsibilities

• Key responsibilities would include conducting research from time to time and on specific matters; coordinating with other team members on open matters to ensure timely completion through review, escalation etc.

• Handling day to day client deliverables fairly independently, keeping regular touch points with allocated clients and gathering feedback to improve deliverables; reviewing documents/templates, briefing and assisting partners in allocated matters.

Requirements

• Candidates with experience in corporate governance, transaction advisory, start up, education, insurance etc. will have an added advantage.

Remuneration: Commensurate to experience and qualification.
