KN Legal Advocates and Solicitors is looking to hire Associates and Senior Associates in Delhi.

Number of Positions and PQE:

- 2 positions for candidates with 3 years PQE

- 1 position for candidates with 5 years PQE

- 1 position for candidates with 7 years PQE

Location: Defense Colony, New Delhi

Qualification: LLB / BA LLB from a reputed University/ College

Job Description

- Litigation, including court appearances, drafting pleadings, and managing cases.

- Conducting extensive legal research, analyzing cases, and providing legal opinions.

- Representing clients in court, briefing Senior Advocates, and managing case preparation.

- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal, for briefing and collaborating with others.

- A strong understanding of constitutional law, civil, commercial, and criminal litigation.

The specific responsibilities and requirements can vary based on the level of experience (e.g., Associate, Senior Associate, Advocate).

Requirements

- Maintaining a professional approach in all work-related interactions.

- Preference will be given to candidate with prior experience in Arbitration, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, commercial, civil and banking laws.

- Candidates must be open to joining immediately, demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, adhere to timelines, and maintain a professional approach in their work.
