Job Description
For litigation - Drafting and vetting of suits and petitions, briefing counsels and appearance before the courts/ tribunals, leading client meetings etc., Ability to work in or leading team and mentoring young advocates.
For non-litigation - Real Estate due diligence, drafting, vetting and negotiating definitive agreements, leading client meetings, etc., Ability to work in or lead team and mentoring young advocates.
Requirements: Sound experience/ specialisation in the respective practice area.

For litigation - Good knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and processes of courts/ tribunals, drafting and vetting of suits and petitions, client communications. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication. Ability to work and thrive in a team environment is a must.
For non-litigation - Good knowledge of real estate-related laws, rules and processes, scrutiny and analysis of title documents, drafting and vetting of agreements related to real estate transactions of sale and purchases, leases, leave and licenses, SRA and redevelopment projects, etc., Proficiency in both written and verbal communication. Ability to work and thrive in a team environment is a must.
Requirements: Experience and specialisation in the practice area.
Remuneration: Industry standards/ commensurate with experience.
