Litigation chambers with practice in Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, tribunals and trial courts is looking to hire Junior Associates.
Number of Positions: 4 (four)
Experience: 2 – 5 years (minimum)
Nature of duties of Junior Associates include:
Legal research and preparing briefing or case notes.
Drafting appeals and writ petitions before the High Court of Delhi and SLPs and other pleadings before the Supreme Court.
Supervising filing of cases by clerks before the Supreme Court and High Court.
Assistance in hearing before courts and tribunals.
Any administrative work relating to cases etc.
Preference will be given to candidates with interest and background in criminal law, administrative law, taxation laws and Constitutional law.
Remuneration Offered: Competitive retainer plus discretionary bonus based on performance.
