PQE: 4 to 7 years

Job Description and Requirements
A candidate with strong expertise in drafting and reviewing legal pleadings, writs, complaints, and other documents for various courts and tribunals.
The candidate will represent clients independently and alongside senior members, prepare case notes and written arguments, and manage briefs.
Responsibilities include briefing senior counsel, conducting legal research, and overseeing junior associates.
Preference will be given to candidates with litigation experience in Delhi.
Requirements
Along with the application, please share the following:-
Three drafts made by you involving substantial questions of law (please avoid procedural applications).
Order sheets with effective appearances, two for each year of experience
Remuneration: As per industry standards.
