Job Description & Requirements
We are looking forward to onboard experienced as well as newly graduated lawyers from premier law schools, with innate talent and ambition to succeed in dispute resolution & litigation.
Candidates must be enrolled with the Bar Council in the years between 2015-present with PQE of 0 to 8 years.
Prior and diversified background in litigation at reputed offices and good internships will be valued.
Ability to learn and acquire new skills fast.
Alignment with firm's objective to have a diversified practice of law (except IPR & Tax).
Exclusive & full-time engagement with firm.
We do not isolate and put lawyers in court-specific team silos and therefore candidates should be willing to have a rotational charge of all firm matters before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLTs / NCLAT, NGT, Consumer Forums, Customs & other Tribunals, along-with other team members.
Role Description
Daily Arguments before courts & tribunals, on original, extra-ordinary and appellate side.
Drafting & e-Filing of court matters in diversified subject-matters for various courts & tribunals.
Research for supporting drafting and arguments required for firm's clients Co-ordination & communication with clients & third-parties for discovery of documents and information required for original side practice.
Delivery of work before due dates.
Supervision of work rendered by juniors in team & Assistance in work rendered by seniors in the team.
