Job Description
Associate having experience in civil, commercial litigation and dispute resolution (with a specific focus on arbitration).
The position would entail extensive legal research, drafting and appearances before all courts/ forums.
Associate having experience in corporate commercial litigation, and insolvency laws (specifically post-admission matters, representing Resolution Professionals and Committee of Creditors).
The position would entail extensive work under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, legal research, drafting, drafting and vetting of agreements, appearances before all courts/ forums.
Candidates with experience in NCLT/NCLAT preferred.
Remuneration: As per industry standards.
