MVAC is looking to hire Litigation Associates in Delhi.

PQE: 0-1 years
Location: Gulmohar Park, New Delhi
Qualification: L.L.B
Job Description
Frequent visits to and arguing opportunities at consumer fora and district courts around Delhi-NCR, including the State Commission and National Commission;
Engaging local counsel for matters outside Delhi-NCR and follow-ups;
Drafting complaints, revisions, appeals, notices, etc.;
Additional duties and responsibilities will be given to the Associate based on experience and performance.
Pre-requisites
Basic understanding of commercial laws including contract law and consumer law; command on legal research and legal drafting; and curiosity to learn.
Remuneration: ₹3 to 3.6 lakhs per annum.
