The Office of Government Counsel in Delhi is looking to hire senior level associate advocates with 4 - 5 years of experience.
Number of Positions: 2 (two)
PQE: Above 4 - 5 years
Location: New Delhi
Qualification: Law Graduate
Job Description and Requirements
Handling high-stakes Government matters (pertaining to different departments/ bodies) and other disputes.
Capacity to handle complex drafts and pleadings required at High Courts and Supreme Court (Writ Petitions / SLPs/ counter affidavit, etc.)
Ability to think and make decisions independently.
The applicant will be given varied experience in drafting, client handling, researching, and court appearances to develop her/ his skills.
The experience of the applicant must be primarily with the Government department.
The applicants should have extraordinary communication as well as drafting skills.
Remuneration: As per industry standards and proportionate with the skillset of the candidates.
