Optimus Legal is looking for an Associate to join the Dispute Resolution team in the Mumbai office.

Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE: 2-4 Years

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: LLB 

Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for assisting the dispute resolution team in primarily commercial litigation matters, IBC matters and SARFAESI matters across courts/tribunals in Mumbai.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior NCLT and DRT experience.

• Good drafting skills are a prerequisite.

Remuneration: As per qualifications and experience.
