Prosoll Law is looking to hire to the position of Associate - White Collar Crime in Delhi.

PQE: 5 Years

Location: New Delhi

Job Description 

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to understand relevant laws, precedents, and regulations related to the case. 

  • Accompany senior lawyers to court hearings and other legal proceedings, provide support and assistance as necessary. 

  • Collaborate closely with senior lawyers to develop and implement strategies for witness preparation, examination, and cross-examination. 

  • Review evidence, witness statements, and other pertinent documents. 

  • Aid in case management tasks, such as maintaining organized case files, tracking deadlines, and managing case documents. 

  • Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and partners to devise effective litigation strategies. 

  • Assist in the drafting and preparation of various legal documents, including motions, briefs, etc. 

  • Collaborate with the litigation team to meticulously organize and present evidence during trials, utilizing effective courtroom techniques for maximum impact. 

  • Offer extensive support to the firm’s litigation team.

Requirements 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in white collar crime litigation. 

  • Strong understanding of criminal law and procedure 

  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
