Location: New Delhi
Job Description
Conduct comprehensive legal research to understand relevant laws, precedents, and regulations related to the case.
Accompany senior lawyers to court hearings and other legal proceedings, provide support and assistance as necessary.
Collaborate closely with senior lawyers to develop and implement strategies for witness preparation, examination, and cross-examination.
Review evidence, witness statements, and other pertinent documents.
Aid in case management tasks, such as maintaining organized case files, tracking deadlines, and managing case documents.
Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and partners to devise effective litigation strategies.
Assist in the drafting and preparation of various legal documents, including motions, briefs, etc.
Collaborate with the litigation team to meticulously organize and present evidence during trials, utilizing effective courtroom techniques for maximum impact.
Offer extensive support to the firm’s litigation team.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in white collar crime litigation.
Strong understanding of criminal law and procedure
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration: As per industry standards.
