Job Description and Requirements
Lawyers in practice who meet the following eligibility criteria can apply:
1. Law Degree from a reputed University and enrolment with a State Bar Council;
2. Bonus points if the candidate has finished his/ her Company Secretaryship course and/ or is pursuing the CS Programme;
3. Minimum of 5 years of PQE experience in handling and negotiating various corporate transactions, including due diligence and commercial contracts;
4. Candidate should have an in-depth understanding of all laws governing contracts;
5. Capability of handling work independently and completing work within deadlines;
6. Candidates are required to be stationed in Chennai.
The vacancy is for full time work from the firm's office in Nungambakkam, Chennai.
