PSS Legal is looking to hire in Chennai for real estate non-litigation legal work.

Positions: Four

PQE: 3 to 15 years of post-qualification experience in practice.

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Law degree from a registered university and enrolment with a State Bar Council.

Job Description

1. Real estate non-litigation work, drafting and vetting title due diligence reports, all real estate documents, registrations etc.,

2. Prior work experience in conducting detailed and in-depth property/land due diligence.

3. An in-depth understanding of all Central and State enactments governing immovable properties.

4. Capability of handling work independently and completing work within deadlines.

5. Very fluent in reading documents in Tamil language.

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
