RB LawCorp Private Limited is looking to hire Senior Associates in Noida.

Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE: 4-8 years in IBC

Location: Noida

Qualification: LLB

Requirement: LLM / CMA / CS

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations and Business Development

  1. Actively utilize professional networks to bring in new business opportunities for the firm.

  2. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.

  3. Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and professional forums.

  4. Collaborate with the management to identify new areas of service expansion and design strategies for sustainable business growth.

IBC Practice Management

  1. Independently handle matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), including CIRP, liquidation, restructuring, and recovery.

  2. Represent clients before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and other judicial forums.

  3. Draft petitions, replies, and applications with accuracy and attention to detail.

  4. Advise corporates, financial institutions, and insolvency professionals on compliance and strategic options under IBC.

Leadership and Mentorship

  1. Supervise and mentor junior associates in IBC and related practice areas.

  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including litigation, corporate law, and taxation, to provide integrated solutions.

  3. Ensure delivery of high-quality legal services and timely outputs across all matters.

Remuneration: ₹10 to ₹15 lakhs per annum plus incentives.
