Job Description
As a senior associate, you are expected to manage a team of junior associates individually and handle clients independently.
You are expected to be well versed in drafting replies to show cause notices, appeals before the Commissioner and Tribunal and writ petitions before the High Court and Supreme Court, and in attending hearings and appearing before various quasi-judicial and judicial bodies.
You are also expected to be well versed with various indirect tax research (GST) portals such as ExCus, SCC, VIL GST, TIOL, etc.
Requirements: Candidates with LLB with CA/CS/CMA/Masters in indirect taxation and a good grip of GST would be given preference.
Remuneration: Best as per industry standards.
