Regius Legal LLP, a leading multi-service law firm specializing in civil and criminal litigation and dispute resolution, is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate with a strong interest in litigation practice and with prior experience.

PQE: 2-5 Years

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: LLB

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the firm’s litigation team in all aspects of legal practice, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and attending court hearings, and client meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research on various legal issues related to litigation cases.

  • Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents related to litigation cases.

  • Prepare trial and hearing documents and trial exhibits.

  • Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings as directed by senior lawyers.

  • Assist with case management, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing case documents.

  • Provide general support to the firm’s litigation team, as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.

  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
