Rishabh Gandhi and Advocates (RGAA) is looking to recruit a Senior Associate with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in Dispute Resolution, Commercial Litigation, and Arbitration, in Pune.
Number of Positions: 1 (One)
PQE: 7 Years
Location: Pune
Qualification: LLB or equivalent integrated law degree (5-year or 3-year program); must be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India or a State Bar Council.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and vetting of Plaints, Written Statements, Interim Applications, Replies, Statements of Claim, Statement of Defence, Counterclaims, etc.
Drafting and vetting of settlement agreements, consent terms, legal notices, legal notice replies, demand notices and replies.
Providing legal opinions and conducting meetings with clients.
Supervising and guiding Associates, Junior Associates, Trainees, and Paralegals.
Appearing before Trial Courts, Bombay High Court, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT, and other quasi-judicial authorities
Candidate Profile:
Law graduate with a valid license to practice
Strong understanding of procedural and substantive legal principles
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to apply laws to facts accurately
Focused, committed, and disciplined approach to work
Willingness to take initiative and learn continuously
Strong leadership and team management skills
Should be capable of handling responsibilities independently with minimal guidance
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and skills. As per industry standards.
