Handle VC transactions independently

Conduct startup due diligence
Advise on IP, data protection and corporate law
Requirements:
- 4+ years PQE
- Proven independent VC deal experience
- Prior law firm experience mandatory
- Preference for candidates near Gurugram
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Description
We are seeking Associates with 2+ years PQE who are eager to sharpen their deal-making skills and work closely on cutting-edge startup transactions.
Your role will include:
Supporting and gradually leading VC and M&A transactions
Drafting and reviewing Term Sheets, SSA, SPA, SHA, ESOPs, Co-Founder/ Escrow Agreements
Conducting due diligence for startups and investors
Assisting with closing formalities and post-deal compliances
Exposure to intellectual property, data protection, and corporate advisory
Requirements:
- 2+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Exposure to VC/ M&A transactions (independent handling is a plus)
- Prior law firm experience mandatory
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram (Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 1)
- Preference for immediate joiners
