Job Description and Requirements
Drafting and reviewing resolution plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Drafting applications to be filed before NCLT/ NCLAT.
Preparation of restructuring documents for banks.
Advising clients on various aspects of IBC, SARFAESI and rules/ regulations related to restructuring.
Remuneration: As per industry standards.
