PQE: 10+ years practice in trial court / other courts, of which 4 to 6 years practice experience in NCLT / NCLAT / DRT is a must.

Qualification: BA LLB or BBA LLB

Location: Chennai

Job Description and Requirements

• Knowledge and appearance experience in IBC matters are mandatory.

• To handle all client matters in NCLT / NCLAT / DRT including drafting and appearance.

• LLM is an added advantage.
