Bar & Bench

Trivedi & Parashar (Advocates and Solicitors) is hiring Associates for their Corporate Team (In-House Secondment) and for their Litigation Team in New Delhi.

Number of Positions: 4 (Four)

PQE: 1-3 years

Location: New Delhi

Qualification: Enrollment with Bar Council of Delhi

Corporate Team:

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

- Manage and mitigate legal risks.

- Manage the repository of contracts

- Conduct workshops

Litigation Team:

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft legal documents, including writs, petitions, applications, and memos for various courts and tribunals.

- Represent clients and conduct arguments before all courts in Delhi and throughout India.

- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case notes.

- Manage client communications and maintain case databases.

- Coordinate with clerks for filings and independently handle court procedures.

1. Deadline: Noon, 20 June 2025; however, interviews will start immediately.

2. Specify the role (Corporate or Litigation Team) in your Cover Letter.

3. Cover Letter, inclusive of salary expectations and details of last drawn salary (mandatory for interview eligibility)

4. Three drafting samples (e.g., Civil Suit, Writ Petition, Applications)

Remuneration: As per the Industry Standards.
