Job Description
The position would entail different aspects of litigation practice before the District Courts, various Tribunals, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court, more particularly research, preparing briefs, drafting of various legal documents and conducting effective as well as non-effective appearances before the Courts or Tribunals.
The candidate should have excellent research and drafting skills.
He should be able to draft and finalize drafts independently.
Further, the candidate should have sound knowledge of the CPC, Negotiable Instruments Act, Commercial Courts Act, Telecom and Broadcasting Laws, IBC, Companies Act and other related laws.
