Abhirup Dasgupta has joined HSA Advocates as an Associate Partner at Delhi. He will join the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice.

Dasgupta was previously working with Dhir & Dhir Associates, as a Principal Associate. Prior to that, he has worked at the legal department of Bennett Coleman Co. Ltd. (Times of India) and J Sagar Associates.

Dasgupta has a broad-based disputes practice, with a strong focus on Insolvency & Bankruptcy laws, banking litigation, securitisation laws, corporate litigation, civil, criminal, and company matters, arbitration and land acquisition matters. He regularly appears before the High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and the Supreme Court.

With Dasgupta’s joining, HSA Advocates now has a total of thirty-four Partners and Associate Partners.
