Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has hired Khaitan & Co’s Abhishek Sharma as a Partner in Mumbai to co-head the firm’s Real Estate practice. He will jointly head the Real Estate practice with Namrata Kolar, who is based out of Bangalore.
Sharma brings with him 17 years of experience and specialises in commercial and residential Real Estate transactions in and outside India. His expertise extends to complex matters on Special Townships, Information Technology Parks, Special Economic Zones, Commercial Properties, Agricultural Lands, and RERA etc.
He is a 2002 graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai, and is also qualified as a Solicitor. He spent 13 years at Khaitan & Co, where he was made Partner in 2013.
