The Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority (RSLSA) on Thursday inaugurated e-Samadhan, the Digital Mediation Platform and Digital Lok Adalat Platform developed by Jupitice Justice Technologies Pvt. Ltd. during the National Cyber Security Conference held on February 20, 2026.
The platforms were formally launched by the Chief Justice of India Justice Surya Kant in the presence of Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, Justice Vikram Nath (Executive Chairman, NALSA), Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah (Supreme Court), Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma (Chairman, RSLSA), and Justice Pushpendra Singh Bhati (Judge, Rajasthan High Court).
The conference was attended by several sitting judges of the Supreme Court and various High Courts from across India.
The initiative marks a step towards integrating technology-enabled dispute resolution mechanisms within the legal services framework, particularly for Mediation and Lok Adalat proceedings that involve large numbers of litigants across different locations.
The Digital Mediation Platform enables end-to-end online dispute resolution workflows including case initiation, notice issuance, scheduling, hearings, document exchange and settlement recording. The Digital Lok Adalat module facilitates structured digital settlement drives aimed at improving efficiency and participation in mass disposal matters.
By adopting the platforms, RSLSA seeks to improve accessibility, minimise logistical barriers and support faster settlement of disputes through technology-assisted processes.
Raman Aggarwal, Founder and CEO, Jupitice Justice Technologies Pvt. Ltd., said,
“The justice system is increasingly moving toward scalable and citizen-centric processes. Digital mediation and online Lok Adalats can significantly expand access to justice by enabling participation irrespective of geography.
We have designed these platforms to support institutions in conducting secure, structured and transparent dispute resolution at scale, while preserving the integrity of legal processes.”
Legal observers noted that institutional adoption of ODR infrastructure by legal services authorities could play a key role in strengthening pre-litigation settlement frameworks and reducing court pendency.
As courts and legal services bodies across India explore hybrid and digital procedures, such initiatives are expected to accelerate the mainstreaming of online dispute resolution in the justice delivery system.
