Aayush Kumar joins Argus Partners as Partner in Corporate and M&A practice

Kumar will be working out of the firm's Mumbai office.

Aayush Kumar has joined Argus Partners as a Partner in Corporate and M&A practice at the firm's Mumbai office.

Kumar is a 2013 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

He is a notable transactions lawyer with over 11 years of post-qualification experience. He specializes in both domestic and cross-border transactions and advises a diverse range of clients, including private equity funds, MNCs, and promoters. His expertise spans various sectors, including energy and infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, manufacturing, and e-commerce.

Prior to joining Argus Partners, Kumar was the Assistant General Counsel at Nayara Energy.
