Abhijit Narayan has joined Herbert Smith Freehills as a Foreign Lawyer in Germany.

Narayan is an alumnus of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. He earned his LLM in Corporate Laws from New York University School of Law.

With over 16 years of experience, Narayana has worked as a foreign lawyer at firms such as Hengeler Mueller and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. He specializes in M&A transactions involving India and the Middle East.

Alongside this, Narayan serves as a Member of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce as well as an Ambassador for German Indian Startup Exchange Program. He is also a Mentor at Startup India.
