Acko General Counsel Sharayu Jadhav has rejoined Flipkart as Vice President - Legal.

Jadhav is a 2004 alumna of Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has dual LLMs from Savitribai Phule Pune University and University of Pennsylvania.

With over two and a half decades of experience, Jadhav has held legal leadership positions across multiple leading companies, primarily in the e-commerce and IT services industry.

She will lead the legal strategy at Flipkart, covering areas such as marketplace operations, supply chain, data privacy, technology law, and employment policies, ensuring robust compliance while supporting business growth.

Jadhav rejoins Flipkart after serving as the General Counsel for Acko for the past three years. In the past, she had worked with Flipkart across two different positions. Some of her previous engagements include stints at Razorpay, Myntra, Cognizant and Wipro.
