Alpha Corporate Legal (ACL), a Delhi NCR-based law firm with focus on corporate, regulatory, capital markets and aviation law, has officially announced a partnership with AKG Consors, a litigation-focused law firm headquartered in Delhi NCR.

The collaboration will enable the two firms to offer services in transactional, advisory, regulatory, capital markets and litigation matters.

While both firms will continue to operate independently under their respective brand identities, this partnership will enable them to collaborate on client matters, exchange strategic insights and jointly deliver tailored legal solutions to businesses and individuals.

Founder of ACL Sumit Garg commented in a press release,

"In today's fast-evolving legal landscape, clients need legal advisors who can think beyond silos. This partnership is built on that very belief. ACL will continue to lead on the corporate, capital markets and regulatory front, while AKG Consors will bring in exceptional courtroom strength. Together, we’re bringing a cohesive experience for our clients with specialization and high quality."

Sumit Garg

Founder of AKG Consors Kamal Kumar added,

"We’ve always believed in strategic collaboration over expansion. With ACL Law as a trusted partner, we can now offer our clients deeper value; balancing litigation strategies with sharp corporate insight. This is a partnership driven by purpose, precision, and shared values."

Kamal Kumar

This strategic move will allow both ACL and AKG to build stronger footprints in Delhi, Noida and Gurugram while having affiliate offices in across the country.
