Aishwarya Samanta joins Dentons Link Legal as Associate Partner

Samanta advises banks, financial institutions and funds on complex financing transactions across structures and lending arrangements.

Aishwarya Samanta has joined Dentons Link Legal as an Associate Partner in Banking & Finance Practice at the Firm's Delhi office.

Samanta is a 2014 graduate of UPES.

She advises banks, financial institutions and funds on complex financing transactions across structures and lending arrangements. Her experience spans project finance, private credit and direct lending, structured lending, debt restructuring, and external commercial borrowings, with a focus on renewable energy, power, infrastructure, construction, and real estate.

She has advised domestic and international banks, financial institutions, and private credit funds on direct lending and uni-tranche structures, syndicated loans, refinancing, and project financings, as well as borrowers and developers on project advisory matters, including tender documentation, PPPs, and consortium arrangements.

Prior to joining the Dentons Link Legal, Samanta was with Phoenix Legal for over four years.
