Former Algo Legal Partner Siddharth Manchanda has joined IndusLaw as a Partner in their Mumbai office.

Siddharth is a qualified lawyer with over 11 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate work. He has worked on domestic and cross-border transactions across sectors including education, telecom, pharmaceuticals, insurance.

Siddharth started his career with Bharucha & Partners in June 2009 and was a part of the transaction advisory practice of the firm. Later, he moved to Themis Associates (now Algo Legal).

Recently, IndusLaw also inducted eight of its Partners into to equity partnership.
