Formerly General Counsel at Suzlon Energy, Anoop Khatry joins UltraTech Cement, Aditya Birla Group as Chief Legal Officer.

Khatry is a graduate of Delhi University and has over 23 years of experience as an in-house Counsel across companies.

He began his career with Khaitan & Co where he worked for a year. Prior to being General Counsel at Suzlon Energy, Khatry held leadership positions at InterGlobe Aviation (Indigo), Emaar MGF Land Limited, Essar Telecom Infrastructure and Bharti Airtel Limited.

Khatry will be based out of the Mumbai office of UltraTech Cement.
