Argus Partners promotes Nidhi Arya, Rachika Agrawal Sahay and Udit Mendiratta to equity partnership

The firm has also promoted Tushar Thimmiah and Vallishree Chandra as salaried partners.

Argus Partners has inducted Nidhi Arya, Rachika Agrawal Sahay and Udit Mendiratta into the firm's equity partnership.

Arya is one of the core members of the firm’s finance, real estate and corporate practice. She was made Partner in 2019. Her expertise lies in advising banks, financial institutions and private credit funds on various loans and investments.

Sahay is a key member of the firm’s corporate, energy and infrastructure practice. She was made Partner at the firm’s Delhi office in 2021. Her expertise spans across various sectors, including investments and M&A in the renewable and EV space.

Mendiratta joined the firm as a Partner in 2021 and is an integral part of the corporate and commercial disputes practice as well as the technology practice. He represents clients across industries such as infrastructure, hospitality, real estate, renewable energy, oil and gas, and technology before various judicial/quasi-judicial authorities.

The firm has also promoted Tushar Thimmiah and Vallishree Chandra as salaried partners.

Tushar Thimmiah, Vallishree Chandra

Thimmiah is part of the firm's private equity & venture capital and corporate and M&A practices in Bengaluru. He specialises in advising domestic and foreign venture capital funds, private equity funds and multinational corporations.

Chandra is also part of the private equity & venture capital, corporate and M&A practices in Bengaluru. Her expertise lies in advising clients on cross-border deals across industry sectors such as fintech, AI, SaaS, etc.

Welcoming the new partners, Managing Partner Krishnava Dutt said in a press release,
