Trilegal has appointed Dr. Avnish Kshatriya as its new Chief Digital Officer (CDO), the latest leadership hire in the firm’s continuing transformation journey to be future-ready and enhance client satisfaction.

Dr. Kshatriya holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Delhi Technological University, an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore, and a PhD from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc).

In his role as the CDO, Dr. Kshatriya will implement the firm’s digital transformation agenda, with a focus on enhancing client service delivery. With more than 26 years of diverse and global experience in digital transformation with a core specialisation in Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Trilegal. He has driven initiatives across key business functions such as delivery, operations, strategy, HR, finance, sales and pre-sales. He is frequently invited as a speaker and jury member in forums and events hosted by organisations such as IISc, IIT, IIM, NIT, and IEEE. He currently serves as a board member on advisory councils of academic institutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Kshatriya was the Business CIO for iDEAS (integrated Digital, Engineering and Application Services) global business line at Wipro. He was instrumental in driving innovation and leading business-IT aligned service delivery through scalable digital capabilities.
