AZB Partner Pranav Atit leaves for Trilegal

AZB & Partners Mumbai Partner Pranav Atit is leaving the firm to join Trilegal. Atit is part of Senior Partner Ashwath Rau's team.

Atit's joining will take the partnership strength of Trilegal to seventy-nine (79).

Confirming the development, Ashwath Rau said,

"Pranav has worked with me since the beginning of his career and it has been a pleasure to see him do good work, gain solid experience and grow as a corporate M&A lawyer. I wish him the very best."

AZB Managing Partner Zia Mody said,

"We wish Pranav all the very best indeed and a bright future ahead."

Atit has over 10 years of experience working on cross border M&A and PE transactions. He routinely advises private equity sponsors and strategic investors on their public and private M&A deals.

Atit was made partner in 2021. He is a 2012 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur. He has previously also worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
