Basava Rao has joined Tatva Legal, Hyderabad as a Partner in the firm's Corporate practice.

Rao is a 2008 graduate of Hidayatullah National Law University.

He brings to the firm significant transactional and advisory experience, advising both domestic and international clients in the PE, VC, Corporate and M&A space.

Prior to joining Tatva Legal, Rao was associated with Nishith Desai Associates for over two years and prior to that, he held the position of a Partner at IndusLaw for over 3 years.
