Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Partners Vijay Parthasarathi and Vinay Sirohia to join Trilegal

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) Capital Markets Partners Vijay Parthasarathi and Vinay Sirohia are joining Trilegal as Partners.

It is understood that the Trilegal partnership is voting on their inductions.

Confirming their exit from the firm, CAM Managing Partner Cyril Shroff said,

"We wish Vijay and Vinay the very best in their new journey."

Parthasarathi graduated from Indian Law Society Law College, Pune in 2006 and earned his LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 2007.

He focuses on public offerings of securities, including initial public offerings, qualified institutions placements, REIT, institutional placement programmes and foreign currency convertible bonds across various sectors.

He was associated with CAM for over 9 years and held the position of Partner - Regional Co-head Markets Practice (South) for a year.

Sirohia is a 2007 graduate of the University of Calcutta. He is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He is an experienced capital markets practitioner in Indian securities laws and has been associated with several capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, QIPs, high-yield bond issuances and FCCBs.

Sirohia was with CAM for over 9 years and held the position of a Partner for over 3 years.
