CAM Partner Mudit Shah has joined Khaitan & Co as a Partner in the firm's Real Estate and General Corporate practice at Ahmedabad.

Shah is a 2009 graduate of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar.

With over 15 years of experience, Shah specialises in real estate, general corporate law, infrastructure projects and aviation with a focus on acquisitions, joint ventures and slump sale transactions, particularly for entities in the industrial, manufacturing and renewable energy sectors.

Prior to joining Khaitan, Shah was associated with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas for 9 years, where he held the position of a Partner for 4 years.
