CMS INDUSLAW Partner Harman Walia moves to Anagram Partners

Walia is joining the New Delhi office of Anagram along with his team.

CMS INDUSLAW Partner Harman Walia has joined Anagram Partners as a Partner in Corporate practice in New Delhi.

Walia joins Anagram along with his team consisting of Sanjana Mathur (Counsel), Tanmaya Negi (Principal), Aman Gupta (Senior Associate) and Aditi Sinha (Associate).

Walia is an alumnus of Delhi University.

He has significant experience in domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances and corporate advisory. He has advised Indian and global clients across sectors including trading, consumer products, manufacturing, technology, energy & infrastructure, and hospitality.

Prior to his move to Anagram, Walia was associated with CMS INDUSLAW for over 8 years.
