Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Head of International Tax Daksha Baxi retires to set up SRI Solutions

Baxi had joined CAM in May 2018. Prior to that, she was working at Khaitan & Co as Executive Director - International Tax.

Daksha Baxi, who was heading the International Tax practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, has retired from the firm to set up SRI Solutions.

At SRI Solutions, Baxi will focus on succession, research and taxation.

Confirming the development, Managing Partner of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Cyril Shroff said,

“Daksha had a 3 year contract with us and had now retired as per our retirement age policy. She made a valuable contribution during her stint with us. We wish her well and hope she enjoys her retirement thoroughly."

Baxi had joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in May 2018. Prior to that, she was working at Khaitan & Co as Executive Director - International Tax.

She has extensive experience of over 30 years in International Taxation. She has advised clients on all aspects of taxation, including structuring of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganisations, as well as spin-off of businesses to unlock valuation.
