Sharma is a graduate of the University of Delhi.

Sharma is a part of the firm's Corporate Commercial practice and has over 15 years of experience specialising in M&A, General Corporate, Capital Markets and Regulatory. He has been associated with Dentons Link Legal for over 5 years.
