Desai & Diwanji Partner Sonal Rangnekar has joined Alpha Alternatives as a General Counsel.

Rangnekar is an alumnus of Government Law College, Mumbai.

Rangnekar has over 15 years of experience and specializes in Mergers & Acquisition, Venture Capital and advising start-ups and fintech companies.

Prior to her move to Alpha Alternatives, Rangnekar was associated with Desai & Diwanji for 15 years, where she held the position of a Partner for seven years.
