Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Partner Dhruv Gupta has joined PDS Legal as a Partner.

Gupta has over fourteen years of experience in International Trade, Customs and Indirect Taxes.

On his joining, PDS Legal Managing Partner Probal Bhaduri commented,

Gupta has a degree in law from Delhi University and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.

He has represented clients in more than 200 anti-dumping, countervailing duty and safeguard investigations conducted by investigating authorities of India, EU, US, China, Canada, Turkey, Australia, Russia, South Africa etc.
