DSK Legal CEO Padmini Rathore to join Khaitan & Co as Chief Practice Officer

In a newly created position at Khaitan, Rathore will oversee strategy and management of the firm's practice and sector groups in close collaboration with the leaders of various practices.

DSK Legal CEO Padmini Rathore is leaving the firm to join Khaitan & Co as Chief Practice Officer.

Confirming Rathore's joining the newly created position at the firm, Khaitan & Co Executive Director Amar Sinhji said,

“We are pleased to welcome Padmini Rathore, who joins us as Chief Practice Officer. Padmini’s role will encompass the oversight, strategy and management of our practice and sector groups, in close collaboration with the leaders of the various practices.

With a leadership of more than 200 partners, this is a key management role, which will help align firm-wide strategy & management of all practice groups. Padmini’s extensive experience in overall firm management & strategy will be very helpful in her role at our firm, given our scale and continuing growth trajectory.”

Rathore joined DSK Legal as Chief Executive Officer in 2018 and worked there for over 5 years. Prior to that, she was Principal & Head of Consulting at Rainmaker Online Training Solutions.

She has previously also worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as Director - Business Planning & Compliance (Managing Partner's Office), and held a similar position at the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas for over 3 years.
