Dua Associates has announced the elevation of Principal Associates BG Gaurav Mandappa, AT Chandirasekaran, Gaurav Kapur and Nityashjit Kaur to the firm's non-equity partnership, effective April 1, 2024.

Mandappa's practice is predominantly focused on representing clients before the High Court of Karnataka and the trial courts in civil, commercial, criminal and property disputes.

Chandirasekaran is a real estate practice expert.

Kapur has been involved in advising and representing clients in various domestic & cross-border transactions.

Kaur’s experience extends to legal due diligences, advisory on corporate laws, foreign direct investments, SEBI Regulations, labour laws and employee related matters.

With these promotions, the tally of partners at Dua Associates stands at 70.
