Dua Associates Equity Partner Robin Ratnakar leaves to set up Counsel Practice

Robin Ratnakar David has stepped down from Equity Partnership at Dua Associates after 20 years with the firm to set up Independent Counsel Practice.

David is a 1989 graduate the Bharathiar University.

A first generation lawyer, David was associated with Dua Associates for over 20 years. He handled commercial litigation matters for the firm at the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, CCI, Arbitral Tribunals (and erstwhile MRTP Commission, CompAT, CLB).  He is also an Arbitrator in commercial matters and Domain Name Disputes.

David also serves as a Governing Council Member of the Indian Council of Arbitration. 

A veteran litigator having 33 years of experience at the Bar, David has mentored several law students and lawyers, some of whom are now in positions of prominence.
