Bobby Chandhoke and Sudhir Sharma, who had joined DSK Legal last year from Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, are leaving the firm.

Confirming the development, DSK Legal Managing Partner Anand Desai said,

"Bobby and Sudhir feel they have a better future on their own, outside DSK. I respect that. I wish them all the best. They will continue working with and supporting the team they brought in with them from Luthra."

Chandoke confirmed that he was leaving, and said,

"We wish DSK all the best."

Chandhoke and Sharma had moved to DSK Legal in July 2022 with a team of 60 lawyers, including 21 partners.

It is understood that some of the partners have been retained by DSK Legal, while others may move out to join Chandhoke and Sharma.

Partners Subhash Bhutoria and Tarun Dua had already left the firm earlier this year.
