Even as L&L Partners Founder Rajiv Luthra and Senior Partner Mohit Saraf are mediating to resolve their dispute, former Advani & Co Partner Shonali Choudhry is joining the firm as a Partner in Mumbai.

Shonali is a 1999 graduate of the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore. She has previously worked at Trimex International Group, Larsen & Toubro, Universal Legal and Luthra & Luthra, for a short stint of 11 months.

Pursuant to the order passed by the Delhi High Court, Luthra and Saraf had submitted themselves to mediation before Senior Advocate Sriram Panchu.

The two senior-most partners at L&L Partners have been embroiled in a tiff over the dilution of the firm's equity for weeks now.
